Learn to play the ukulele! It’s fun and easy. Beginners will take their next steps and grow with the instrument, and more seasoned players will benefit too. Fee for the workshop is $12, payable at the door, which includes ukulele rental . . . or you can bring your own.
Arrive by 11:15 am so you’ll have plenty of time to tune up your instrument and check out our beverage and pastry offerings.
Sheela Das is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist living in Cleveland, Ohio. And she loves to tell stories!! She is the artistic director of Creative Concepts in Music where she provides community instrumental music and songwriting workshops throughout Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Lorain, Boston and Charleston, West Virginia. Her original ukulele songs were performed in a Kennedy Center for the Arts residency conducted by Wizard Todd Rundgren at the Univ. of Notre Dame in South Bend last year.
