According to the AARP, the average cost of probate is between 5-10% of the total value of the estate. The minimum time to administer a probate estate is 6 months, and the average time is 14 months. Through this workshop, we will discuss the complexities of the probate court system. Moreover, attendees will learn various ways to avoid probate while also considering the basic estate planning tools. Light refreshments provided. Attorney Dan A.
